Terms of use

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms cover the Aurora Lens app and the website auroralens.app, run by Nebula AI Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801-6317, United States.

Apple's license. You get the app under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it.

Forecasts and alerts are estimates. Aurora Lens builds its forecasts and alerts from data supplied by others, including NOAA's Space Weather Prediction Center and Apple Weather. They can be wrong, late or missing. We cannot promise that an aurora will be visible or that the app will capture it, and alerts can arrive late or not at all.

Plan your trip with care. Do not use Aurora Lens for safety or travel decisions. Never check alerts or the app while driving. Dress for the cold, tell someone where you are going, and stay off roads, ice and private land. Cold drains phone batteries fast, so keep your phone with you.

Your content. Timelapses and photos you make stay yours and stay on your phone.

Limits. To the extent the law allows, Nebula AI Labs LLC is not liable for losses that come from relying on forecasts or alerts, and our total liability for the app is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under your local consumer law.

Law. The law of the State of Wyoming applies where the law of your country allows it, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, where permitted.

Third parties. Aurora Lens is not affiliated with or endorsed by NOAA or Apple. iPhone, Apple Watch and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
