  3. Keep it forever — your 4K timelapse saves automatically to Photos.

Common questions:

  • The shutter won’t start: the app only captures when steady. Use a tripod/flat surface and wait for "AURORA READY".
  • Where do my videos go? They save to your Photos library automatically (allow "Add to Photos" when prompted).
  • What is the aurora forecast map? It shows your local chance of seeing the northern lights, using public NOAA space-weather data.
  • Does it work indoors or in daylight? It’s built for dark night skies.
